Chocolate fudge with super mix and strawberry coconut chips

The creamy chocolate fudge combines fine dark chocolate with crunchy nuts and fruity coconut chips. A delicious snack that doesn't require any baking and can be prepared in no time at all.
Ingredients
300 g dark chocolate
70 g coconut cream (an integral part of the coconut milk)
85 g nut butter of your choice
80 g maple syrup
½ tsp salt
50 g Farmer's Snack Super Mix
50 g Farmer's Snack Strawberry Coconut Chips
Preparation
- Roughly chop the dark chocolate and slowly melt with the coconut cream over a low heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the maple syrup, nut butter and salt until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Fold in the Farmer's Snack Super Mix to give the fudge a nutty crunch.
- Line a small tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture evenly.
- Smooth the surface and sprinkle with Farmer's Snack Strawberry Coconut Chips. Press them down lightly so that they adhere well.
- Place the fudge in the fridge for at least 2 hours until it has hardened completely.
- Remove from the mold, cut into small pieces and enjoy.
Tip:
For a fruitier version, you can add freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries to the Strawberry Coconut Chips. If you like it extra crunchy, you can add chopped almonds or cashews.
