Order
All information about your order in our online store:
In the online store you will find the complete product range from Farmer's Snack - if the product you want is not available in your supermarket, you can simply (re)order it online. The online mixer also gives you the opportunity to put together your own individual mix of nuts, fruit, seeds and chocolate.
Please send an e-mail to shop@farmers-snack.de stating your order number.
As soon as your desired product is available again in the online store, you will see the green "available" notice. If you have any questions about availability, please contact our store staff by email at shop@farmers-snack.de.
Shipping takes place exclusively within Germany.
You can easily give products and individual blends as gifts: To do this, you must select the "Send to another address" button when purchasing as soon as the window with the billing address appears.
If you try to add a sold-out product to the shopping cart, the message "An error has occurred" will be displayed. This happens, for example, when our chocolate products are not available during the summer months due to hot temperatures.
Payment

You can pay by prepayment, Paypal Sofortüberweisung, giropay or credit card - just choose the service that suits you best. You can find all the details at: https://www.farmers-snack.com/zahlungsarten
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order form. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
When paying with PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal directly after the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account or alternatively order as a guest. Payment is usually received within a few minutes.
When paying with Sofortüberweisung, you will be forwarded to the payment service provider directly after the order process. In the subsequent form, you can conveniently enter your known online banking details and complete the payment process. Thanks to the transaction confirmation, we can process your order - faster than usual with advance payment - and ship the goods promptly.
When paying by giropay, you have the option of entering your known BIC and IBAN during the order process, making payment quick and easy. You don't need to register to use giropay. You simply use the online banking access data (PIN and TAN) of your bank or savings bank. For small amounts up to EUR 30, more and more banks are dispensing with the TAN entry.
We accept Visa and Mastercard (incl. Maestro) for payment by credit card. You can enter your credit card details in a form during the ordering process. Your data is secure thanks to SSL encryption. Once you have successfully entered your credit card details, your order will be processed immediately.
You can change your payment method before each order. To change the current order, please contact our store staff by e-mail at shop@farmers-snack.de, as each case must be processed individually.
You will receive your invoice in the package with your order. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us by email at shop@farmers-snack.de. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Data protection is of a particularly high priority for Farmer's Snack. The processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Farmer's Snack GmbH.
Delivery
More about shipping options and problem solutions:
Depending on where you live, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days.
Your order will be shipped climate neutrally by DPD Deutschland GmbH.
Please note that we offer DPD standard parcel delivery, express delivery is currently not possible.
Delivery is made by DPD, so you can redirect your parcel to a DPD Pickup parcelshop or have it delivered there directly. Please note that we cannot deliver to DHL parcel stations.
We currently only deliver within Germany.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation as soon as we have received your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you can track your parcel online with DPD. If a status remains unchanged for a longer period of time or the parcel has not been delivered within the specified period, please contact DPD Customer Service directly by email at kundenservice@dpd.de with your request.
You will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner DPD informing you that the parcel could not be delivered. Please also check your spam folder. DPD will then try to deliver the parcel a second time.
If DPD detects an obstacle to delivery - such as a missing name on the doorbell system - we will receive a notification. After consulting with you, we will jointly rectify the obstacle to delivery so that the DPD employee can deliver the parcel properly.
If it is not possible to deliver the parcel, it will be returned to our store.

Shipping costs

From an order value of 20 euros, there are no shipping costs. Otherwise we charge shipping costs of 4.95 euros per delivery.
From an order value of 20 euros, delivery is free of charge.
From a minimum order value of 20 euros, all items are free of shipping costs, then we deliver your order free of shipping costs throughout Germany.

Please have the DPD employee confirm the damaged condition of the parcel. If this is not possible, please take a photo of your parcel and send it by email to shop@farmers-snack.de. We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution together.

Yes, you can order as a guest in the Farmer's Snack online store. We need your invoice and address details to be able to deliver your order.
You can create a customer account during the ordering process or click on the customer account symbol directly on our website and create your account - you will find this in the top navigation between the magnifying glass and shopping basket symbols. To create a customer account, enter your full name, your e-mail address and an individual password.

To process your order, we only store the contact and shipping details you provide in your customer account. All payment transactions are processed by an external payment service provider; your data is protected by SSL encryption.
Discounts
Current discount promotions and how you can redeem discount codes:
Please add your desired products to the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart symbol, there you will find the field "Redeem discount code here" in the blue field. Enter the discount code there and redeem it by clicking on the arrow. When the discount code has been activated, you will see a green message above the shopping cart.
Please note that you cannot add discounted products such as trial packs to your shopping cart with a discount code. Your discount code will then be displayed as invalid with a red message.

Yes, EC card payment is possible in the flagship store.
Yes, you can try our in-house roasts and many products. Please speak to our team, who will be happy to help you select the nuts and dried fruit.
In the flagship store, you have the option of putting together your own blend - just like with our online mixer. You also have the option of having your own blend roasted from 500 grams. Our colleagues will be happy to help you with this and will prepare your roast within 1-2 days.
At the Farmer's Snack flagship store, you have the option of buying nuts and dried fruit without packaging. Please note that plastic packaging is required for certain products to preserve freshness and taste.
