This quick recipe turns every bite into a taste explosion.
Just a few ingredients and a few simple steps turn our dates into nutty, chocolatey delicacies that melt in the mouth.

Ingredients

Farmer's Snack Organic Dates8-10
Farmer's Snack Organic Nut Mix50 g
dark chocolate75 g
peanut butter (or other nut butter)25 g

Preparation

  1. Cut the dates lengthwise and fill each with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
  2. Then fill with nuts as desired.
  3. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt slowly over a hot water bath.
  4. Place the dates filled with peanut butter on a sheet of baking paper and then pour the melted dark chocolate over them. Decorate with whole or finely chopped nuts if desired and place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to cool and allow the chocolate to set. The vegan chocolate peanut dates can then be eaten as a snack or as a small dessert
