Vegan muesli bars

With our vegan muesli bars, you know exactly what's inside. High-quality nut kernels, tender plums and juicy cranberries can be transformed into the perfect snack to go in no time at all - for soothing moments of indulgence at school, during sport or at work.
Ingredients
| Oat flakes | 100 g |
| mixed nuts | 200 g |
| (e.g. Farmer's Snack Cucina walnut kernels, Farmer's Snack Spanish almonds brown) | |
| Farmer's Snack Plums | 120 g |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Cranberries | 30 g |
| coconut oil | 60 ml |
| agave syrup (alternatively maple syrup, apple syrup etc.) | 75 ml |
| linseed | 2 TBSP |
| date paste | 2 TBSP |
| ground vanilla | ½ TSP |
| cinnamon | ½ TSP |
| salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Coarsely chop the rolled oats and nuts in a food processor.
- Cut the prunes into small pieces.
- Melt the coconut oil and agave syrup in a pan, alternatively in the microwave.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Line a small baking dish with baking paper, pour in the muesli mixture, flatten with a glass (or other object) and bake at 170° fan oven for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool briefly and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then cut into muesli bar-sized pieces with a knife.
Store in the refrigerator.
