Za'atar meets roasted pine nuts - an aromatic fusion of oriental herbs and nutty crunch that transforms every dish into a taste sensation.
Ingredients
What you need:
30 g parsley
15 g mint
20 g coriander
4 tbsp za'tar
75g Farmer's Snack pine nuts, lightly roasted
15g grated Parmesan
30 g feta
1 clove of garlic (preferably baked in the oven beforehand)
100 ml high-quality, cold-pressed olive oil
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 small lemon
1 tsp sumac (optional, for even more acidity & freshness)
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree to a creamy consistency.
- If necessary, adjust with a little more olive oil or lemon juice.
- Enjoy.
Tip: Goes perfectly with pasta, toasted bread or as a dip with vegetables!
