With this delicious pesto, your quick pasta will be a highlight - in terms of taste and appearance. The pesto made from pine nuts, avocado and basil also tastes great on bread.

Ingredients

fresh basil (more is fine)10 g
avocado1
Farmer's Snack pine nuts30 g
garlic clove1
olive oil5 TBSP
fresh lemon juicea dash
salt and pepper (to taste) 

Preparation

  1. Briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan.
  2. Squeeze the garlic clove, place in a small bowl, add a dash of olive oil and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. Place all the ingredients, including the pine nuts and garlic, in a food processor, blend well and then serve.
