Goodbye monotonous pasta, hello colorful indulgence!
With this delicious pesto, your quick pasta will be a highlight - in terms of taste and appearance. The pesto made from pine nuts, avocado and basil also tastes great on bread.
Ingredients
| fresh basil (more is fine) | 10 g |
| avocado | 1 |
| Farmer's Snack pine nuts | 30 g |
| garlic clove | 1 |
| olive oil | 5 TBSP |
| fresh lemon juice | a dash |
| salt and pepper (to taste) |
Preparation
- Briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan.
- Squeeze the garlic clove, place in a small bowl, add a dash of olive oil and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Place all the ingredients, including the pine nuts and garlic, in a food processor, blend well and then serve.
