Strawberry coconut tiramisu

Light, summery, and irresistibly delicious: our strawberry and coconut tiramisu combines fresh strawberries, creamy mascarpone, and a hint of coconut to create a dream dessert—no baking required!
Ingredients
For the tiramisu:
300 g strawberries
200 g ladyfingers
For the strawberry sauce for dipping:
150 g strawberries
100 g coconut milk
100 g cream
For the cream:
500 g quark (low-fat or 20%)
250 g mascarpone
200 g cream
150 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
Also:
50 g Farmer's Snack coconut chips
200 g cream
1 packet cream stiffener
A few fresh strawberries
50 g Farmer's Snack strawberry coconut chips
Preparation
Preparation:
- For the tiramisu, first cut the 300 g strawberries into small pieces.
- For the strawberry sauce, purée all the ingredients together. Then dip half of the ladyfingers briefly into the strawberry sauce on both sides and arrange them in a baking dish.
- For the cream, mix all the ingredients together and stir until creamy.
- Spread half of the cream evenly over the ladyfingers and smooth it out. Then spread the chopped strawberries on top.
- Finely blend the coconut chips in a blender and sprinkle over the strawberries.
- Then dip the second half of the ladyfingers in the strawberry sauce and cover the strawberry layer in the baking dish completely. Spread the remaining cream on top and smooth the surface. Let the tiramisu set for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and decorate the surface of the tiramisu using a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the cream swirls, then sprinkle the strawberry coconut tiramisu with the strawberry coconut chips.
