Ingredients
40g grated coconut
100g dried Farmer's Snack Cucina pineapple pieces
100g Farmer's Snack Cashew Nuts (natural)
20g puffed amaranth or puffed qunioa
100ml water
Preparation
- Put the pineapple chunks, dates and cashew nuts in a blender and chop everything.
- Add water.
- Depending on how moist the mixture is, gradually add puffed amaranth or quinoa.
- Spread the shredded coconut on a plate.
- Form small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.
- Chill the pineapple balls for 20 minutes before serving.
