Ingredients

40g grated coconut

100g dried Farmer's Snack Cucina pineapple pieces

80g Farmer's Snack dates

100g Farmer's Snack Cashew Nuts (natural)

20g puffed amaranth or puffed qunioa

100ml water

Preparation

  1. Put the pineapple chunks, dates and cashew nuts in a blender and chop everything.
  2. Add water.
  3. Depending on how moist the mixture is, gradually add puffed amaranth or quinoa.
  4. Spread the shredded coconut on a plate.
  5. Form small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.
  6. Chill the pineapple balls for 20 minutes before serving.
