Ingredients

120g soft butter
150g brown sugar
1 egg (L)
1 tsp vanilla extract
130g flour (type 550)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
150g rolled oats
50g Farmer's Snack Spanish almonds
50g Farmer's Snack cranberries, chopped
100g chocolate, chopped (chocolate chips)

Preparation

  1. Beat the butter with the brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix in well.
  3. Mix the flour with the bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt, then add to the bowl and mix in briefly.
  4. Add the rolled oats, chopped Farmer's Snack Almonds InSalt, Farmer's Snack Cranberries and chocolate and fold in.
  5. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
  7. Form small balls from the cookie dough (about 1-2 tablespoons of dough each), flatten them slightly and then place them on the trays with enough space between them. Bake the trays individually for about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Remove the cookies from the oven, leave to cool briefly on the tray and then leave to cool completely on a cooling rack. Repeat with the second tray.
