Ingredients
120g soft butter
150g brown sugar
1 egg (L)
1 tsp vanilla extract
130g flour (type 550)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
150g rolled oats
50g Farmer's Snack Spanish almonds
50g Farmer's Snack cranberries, chopped
100g chocolate, chopped (chocolate chips)
Preparation
- Beat the butter with the brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix in well.
- Mix the flour with the bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt, then add to the bowl and mix in briefly.
- Add the rolled oats, chopped Farmer's Snack Almonds InSalt, Farmer's Snack Cranberries and chocolate and fold in.
- Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Form small balls from the cookie dough (about 1-2 tablespoons of dough each), flatten them slightly and then place them on the trays with enough space between them. Bake the trays individually for about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven, leave to cool briefly on the tray and then leave to cool completely on a cooling rack. Repeat with the second tray.
