Simply cut off a slice and enjoy! Our nut and fruit bread is a pure delight even without a spread. The intense aroma of crunchy nut kernels meets the sweetness of three types of organic dried fruit and fresh apples - an incomparable treat for all fans of full-bodied bread.
Ingredients

| freshly squeezed lemon juice | 1 TBSP |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Plums | 70 g |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Apricots | 30 g |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Dates | 30 g |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Brazil nut kernels | 50 g |
| Farmer's Snack Organic Walnut Kernels | 80 g |
| brown sugar | 1 TBSP |
| spelt flour | 130 g |
| baking powder | 1 TSP |
| cinnamon | ½ TSP |
| salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Peel, core and coarsely grate the apples.
- Squeeze half a lemon and drizzle about 1 tbsp over the apples.
- Roughly dice the Farmer's Snack organic plums, organic apricots and organic dates and add to the apples.
- Roughly chop the organic Brazil nuts and organic walnuts, add to the apples and mix everything together.
- If required, fold in 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
- Cover and leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.
- The next day, mix the dry ingredients together and fold into the fruit and nut mixture until a moist dough forms.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, dust with a little flour, shape the dough into a loaf and bake at 180°C fan oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven after baking and leave to cool.
