Ingredients

Farmer's Snack broken almonds with turmeric1 packet
burrata1
rocket1 handful
apple1

Dressing:

olive oil2 tbsp
mustard1 tsp
balsamic vinegar1 tsp
honey1 tsp
salt, pepper 

Preparation

  1. Finely slice the beet and apple (remove the core)
  2. Wash the rocket and set aside.
  3. Place the beet on a plate. The best way to do this is to arrange them in a circle from the outside to the inside.
  4. Then place the apple on top.
  5. Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
  6. Pour some of the dressing onto the plate. Then place the washed rocket in the middle, followed by the broken almonds with turmeric.
  7. Place a burrata in the middle. Finally, decorate everything again with dressing and serve.
