Beet carpaccio with broken almonds with turmeric

Ingredients
| beet | 2 |
| Farmer's Snack broken almonds with turmeric | 1 packet |
| burrata | 1 |
| rocket | 1 handful |
| apple | 1 |
Dressing:
| olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| mustard | 1 tsp |
| balsamic vinegar | 1 tsp |
| honey | 1 tsp |
| salt, pepper |
Preparation
- Finely slice the beet and apple (remove the core)
- Wash the rocket and set aside.
- Place the beet on a plate. The best way to do this is to arrange them in a circle from the outside to the inside.
- Then place the apple on top.
- Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
- Pour some of the dressing onto the plate. Then place the washed rocket in the middle, followed by the broken almonds with turmeric.
- Place a burrata in the middle. Finally, decorate everything again with dressing and serve.
