For one bowl:
60 g Farmer's Snack pecan kernels
1 apple
1 tsp coconut oil
2 to 3 tbsp agave syrup
60 g oat flakes
1 level tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 pinch pumpkin spice
Also:
300 g vanilla yogurt (soy)

Preparation
- First, roughly chop the pecan nuts with a kitchen knife.
- Then wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into cubes.
- Heat the coconut oil in a nonstick pan and briefly sauté the apple cubes together with the chopped pecan nuts over medium heat. Meanwhile, add the agave syrup.
- Then stir in the oat flakes, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put the yogurt in a bowl and then spread the warm apple and nut mixture on top.
