Baked Apple Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

For one bowl:
60 g Farmer's Snack pecan kernels
1 apple
1 tsp coconut oil
2 to 3 tbsp agave syrup
60 g oat flakes
1 level tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 pinch pumpkin spice

Also:
300 g vanilla yogurt (soy)

For the topping:
Farmer's Snack pecan kernels
 

Preparation

  1. First, roughly chop the pecan nuts with a kitchen knife.
  2. Then wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a nonstick pan and briefly sauté the apple cubes together with the chopped pecan nuts over medium heat. Meanwhile, add the agave syrup.
  4. Then stir in the oat flakes, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, put the yogurt in a bowl and then spread the warm apple and nut mixture on top.
