Apricot jam

The apricot is a small fruit with lots of flavor. This jam idea shows that it can be used to conjure up some delicious treats.
Ingredients
| Farmer's Snack Apricot | 200 g |
| fresh apricots | 200 g |
| orange juice | 100 ml |
| gelling sugar | 250 g |
Preparation
- Roughly dice the dried and fresh apricots, place in a sufficiently large pan with the orange juice and sprinkle with the preserving sugar.
- Leave overnight (can be placed in the refrigerator, but this is not necessary).
- Boil for at least 5 - 10 minutes the next day, then roughly puree and bring to the boil again.
- Pour into jam jars while still hot and immediately put the lid on.
