Chocolate Tahini Fudge

Do you fancy a sweet dessert but lack inspiration? Grab a bar of chocolate, our roasted hazelnut kernels and sesame butter and conjure up a dreamy, creamy chocolate dessert with these three ingredients.
Ingredients
| dark chocolate | 125 g |
| liquid tahini | 70 g |
| Farmer's Snack Hazelnuts roasted | 25 g |
| optional: pinch of sea salt |
Preparation
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bowl in a bain-marie.
- Stir in the tahini.
- Quickly pour the cream into molds or spread evenly in a large mold.
- Drizzle with additional sesame paste and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and a pinch of sea salt.
- Allow to cool and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the fudge from the respective mold, cut into pieces if necessary and store in an airtight container in a cool place. Remove from the fridge shortly before eating to achieve a creamier consistency.
