Homemade winter muesli

Ingredients

150 g Farmer's Snack winter almonds
200 g oat flakes, coarse
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp sunflower oil
130 agave syrup
100 g Farmer's Snack punch plums
 

Preparation

1. Roughly chop the winter almonds with a kitchen knife.
2. Mix the chopped almonds, oat flakes, and cinnamon.
3. Heat some sunflower oil in a nonstick pan and add the muesli mixture. 
4. Stir in the agave syrup and roast everything over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown.
5. Let the roasted muesli cool on the baking paper.
6. Meanwhile, chop the punch plums into small pieces and sprinkle them over the muesli.
7. Mix the winter muesli again briefly and pour it into a sealable jar.

Tip: For longer shelf life, always add the punch plums to the muesli fresh.
