Anyone can have milk and oatmeal - with this quickly prepared smoothie, you can start your morning with pleasure! The natural sweetness* of the dried dates and the banana flavor give your smoothie a special taste. Fruity and fresh!
Ingredients

| Farmer's Snack dates | 4 |
| milk | 300 ml |
| natural yogurt | 4 tbsp |
| oat flakes | 5 tbsp |
| maple syrup |
Preparation
- Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Cut the dates into pieces.
- Place the fruit pieces in a blender and roughly chop. Add the milk and natural yoghurt, add the rolled oats and blend until smooth.
- Season with maple syrup to taste.
