Ingredients

ripe banana1
Farmer's Snack dates4
milk300 ml
natural yogurt4 tbsp
oat flakes5 tbsp
maple syrup 

Preparation

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Cut the dates into pieces.
  2. Place the fruit pieces in a blender and roughly chop. Add the milk and natural yoghurt, add the rolled oats and blend until smooth.
  3. Season with maple syrup to taste.
