Ingredients
300 g Farmer's Snack dates
1 apple
120 g almond butter
150 g dark chocolate
50 g Farmer's Snack Hawaii Macadamia NoSalt
Preparation
1. Place the dates close together in the baking dish and press down with a spoon or glass to form an even base.
2. Wash and core the apple, then cut into cubes.
3. Spread the apple cubes over the date base and coat with the almond butter. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill briefly.
4. Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate into small pieces with a kitchen knife and melt over a low heat in a double boiler.
5. Then spread the melted chocolate in a thin layer over the baking dish.
6. Roughly chop the Hawaiian macadamias and sprinkle them over the chocolate while it is still liquid.
7. Chill everything in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Break the apple-date clusters into rough pieces and enjoy.
