Creamy porridge with super mix & coconut chips

This warming porridge is the perfect start to the day. The combination of creamy rolled oats, fine spices and crunchy toppings makes for a balanced breakfast with fruit and crunch.
Ingredients
100 g rolled oats
380 ml milk of your choice (e.g. oat milk)
A little cinnamon
2 tbsp Farmer's Snack Super Mix
1 tbsp Farmer's Snack Strawberry Coconut Chips with freeze-dried strawberries
2 tbsp DIY Granola made from Farmer's Snack Nuts
2 tbsp yoghurt of your choice (e.g. coconut yoghurt)
Preparation
- Place the oats, cinnamon and milk in a small pan and simmer over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once the oats have reached a creamy consistency, pour the porridge into a bowl and add Super Mix, Strawberry Coconut Chips, DIY Granola and yogurt as toppings to the warm porridge.
- Enjoy straight away while the porridge is still warm.
Tip:
For an extra fruity note, you can also stir in fresh or frozen berries. If you like it a little sweeter, add a spoonful of maple syrup or agave syrup.
