Ingredients
Cashew base:
100 g Farmer's Snack natural cashews
100 g coconut flour
4 tbsp liquid coconut oil
4 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp agave syrup
100 g Farmer's Snack dates (approx. 10 pieces)
1 pinch of salt
Date caramel:
200 g Farmer's Snack natural cashews
400 g Farmer's Snack dates
2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
50 g agave syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate layer:
100 g dark chocolate
30 g coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
Preparation
For soaking:
300 g cashews (separated for base and filling)
500 g dates (separated for base and filling)
Soak both in hot water for approx. 30 minutes.
Cashew base:
Blend all ingredients in a mixer until smooth, press into a mold, and chill for 30 minutes.
Date caramel:
Blend all ingredients until creamy, spread on the chilled base and chill again for 30 minutes.
Chocolate layer:
Carefully melt all ingredients, stir until smooth and pour over the date caramel. Chill for 60 minutes.
